Each of the four bespoke bedrooms, of which two have balconies, are decorated in themes and artefacts reflecting your hosts times spent in various pockets of the world, revealing the soul of the place with irresistible style and flair.

Mountain Water Fed Swimming Pool

The 5 metre mountain water fed swimming pool is perfect for those who want to relax in the water, or indeed keep fit. There is also plenty of space by pool to sunbathe with a nice glass of vino verde, or practise a pose on your yoga mat. Exclusive access to the pool is guaranteed.

Stunning choice of Dining Areas

Whether you wish to dine as a group or break off to a more intimate setting, Kasa Koru caters for all scenarios. We have a large outdoor dining space by the pool, a stunning indoor dining room or balcony dining for two.

You can experience the magic of this region from the comfort of your bedroom, or from the beautiful outdoor spaces at Kasa Koru. You will experience stunning sunsets each night over the mountains from your terrace and balconies.

We love to welcome families and groups of friends and we can cater for groups of 4 to 10 people.

Your kitchen has everything you need for a really enjoyable stay. Your host Tracey, a chef, understands the value of a well-equipped kitchen, and all mod cons are available to you. There is also a BBQ outside on the pool deck. Laundry services are also available.

Handcrafted, one-of-a-kind Furniture

One of the most unique features of Kasa Koru is the handcrafted furniture that features throughout the apartment. Your host, Tonie, designs and crafts furniture in his workshop on the property. You can view his designs here.

Being well-positioned in a peaceful rural setting near the beautiful Geres – Peneda national park there are beautiful areas to explore and relax. A stunning river beach with an old stone water mill and pretty picnic area is just 20 minutes away on foot!

Kasa Koru is situated in a beautifully authentic Portuguese village, with many attractions. You can also take a short drive to the medieval village Brufe and eat at Abocanhado with its views over the UNESCO grain stores and majestic nature.
